Steel Upright Rack Column Roll Forming Machine For Logistic Warehouse Storage System

This warehouse storage upright column roll forming machine can produce steel rack columns with 70mm height and 90mm / 100mm / 120mm width. Material thickness ranges from 1.8mm to 2.5mm. Whole rack column production line is consisted of 5Ton decoiler, leveller, punching machine, main roll forming machine, flying cutting device and automatic stacking system, etc.

Upright Post Line Layout And Main Components

• Line Direction: left to right
• Work Process Of Whole Line: decoiling --> feeding and guiding --> roll forming --> straightening --> cutting --> final products
• Users have another line to level the material, punch patterns on and then recoil it first.
• We have fully automatic upright post line with inline levelling unit and punching unit 
• Whole line consists of 3Ton decoiler, leveller, punching unit, roll former, straightener, cutting unit, etc
