1)Feeding department - lead edge feeder

1.The machine applies advanced type vacuum suction auxiliary lead edge feeding system.
2. High pressure centrifugal fan auxiliary feeding, ensuring the smooth feeding
of the bending cardboard. The blowing can be adjusted according to the different size of the cardboard in each section. Ensuring the biggest the vacuum suction , guarantee the stable feeding. Function of the supper thin feeding, ensuring the 2mm cardboard can feeding better.
3. Front bar is adjusted manually . Left bar and Right bar is electrically adjusted By screw. Right bar own the function of pneumatic flapping. Adjusting of the back bar ( left ,right,up and down) is manual, convenient , fast and precise.

2)Printing department

1the printing roller diameter : 300MM
2,Adopt digit number electrical phase controller ,can 360degree adjust ,save the adjust time ,increase adjust accurate
3,Auto rise the ink plate ,the inker turning to prevent ink dried.
4,Adopt electrically separation ,pneumatic locking
5.Ink supplied by pneumatic diaphragm pump
6.Main transmission gear made by 45# steel ,it adopts helical gear driving and processed by high frequency quenching.Auto sprinkle lubricating system ensures the machine precise and use life
7all the roller must be chrome –plating in order to increase the hardness

3)Slotter unit

1.Four slotter knives , open the slot ,creasing the line and cut the corner
2.The knives use the good material ,long use life

4.The phase can be adjust by electrical 360oC
Feed roller all be chrome plate
5.High standard for slotting part - Creasing wheel and slotting blade can adjust at the same time

4)Die cutter unit
