2. Machine function for Die cutter
The die cutter roller (down roller)
1) outer diameter is: 435mm . (not including cutting die)
2) cast steel material, surface grinding, hard chromium plating.
3) balance correction, increase the running stability.
4) die cutter fixed screw holes spacing gap is : 100 * 100 mm.
5) apply to die cutting height 25.4 mm.
6) die cutting thickness is :16 to 18 mm (three layer board), 13-15 mm (five layer board).
Rubber gasket roller (up roller)
1) the outer wall is: 434.9mm.
2) cast steel material, surface grinding, hard chromium plating.
3) balance correction, increase the running stability.
4) manual adjustments with die cutting roller gap.
5) rubber gasket thickness10 mm, ( outside diameter is: 454.2mm ), width is 230 mm.
Lateral movement, repair device:
1) mechanical type horizontal 40 mm, move device, die-cutting equalizer automatic compensation linear speed , can make the die cutting rubber gasket even wear, prolong service life.
