Technical Parameters
- The feeding part can be automatic or manual feeding. Unit can be removed when using manual feeding style.
- Machine process: auto feeding base paper (sheet style) → auto coating → auto lamination with silicon paper (automatic cut to appropriate size) → finished product (collection box at machine end)
- Hotmelt machine (45kg): Glue is put in the melt machine, automatically melted, then transferred via glue hose to the glue gun for coating
- Silicon paper (roller style) is cut to needed size and sent to adsorb laminating device. When photoelectric switch detects base paper, stepper motor will laminate silicon paper with base paper
- Maximum coating size: 330mm. Maximum pass size of board: 350mm
- Compatible with HG845 style hot melt machine (45kg capacity)
- Adjustable glue coating weight and width
- PLC controlled with touch screen display showing production capacity and hourly speed
- Includes 1.5m movable conveyor at machine end to keep operator away from silicon roll
