4) Adopt glue width motorized dividing to match the paper width. Idle running motor for glue applicator roll to avoid glue dry. Adjustment for gap between glue roll and doctor roll.

5) The moveable type glue unit is convenient to clean and maintain.

6) Easy operation control system. Touch screen with colorful drawing display operation state, easy and simple to handle.

7) Built-in per-conditioner with production spraying device for the medium moisture and temperature adjustment.

2. What is the main structure for Single facer Production line and working principle ?

This line including paper mill roll stand and single facer machine and rotary sheet cutter

Step one : Make craft paper to mill roll stand

Step two :Heat the corrugated layer by heating shaft

Step three :Make the flat paperboard to corrugated board by corrugated shaft

Step Four : Gluing top wave by glue shaft and make this two pieces paper to monolayer corrugated board

Step Five : Cross cutting the corrguated paper to the size you want

Optional Function : Rewinder the finished corrugated paper to paper roll again
