Transmission mode
Mainly transmission adopted electromagnetism adjust speed electical motor ,through first grade vblet reduce speed and gear wheel reduce speed separating transport the power to the first printing group,and slotter group and work table .
Working order
worktable send the cardboard –material roller -first print-sending roller-second print– send roller-cut corner ,slotting , separate paper.
Material feeding roller
This is one pair of sending material roller in front of the first color roller ,on the surface use in netting veins ,plating chrome, could adjust the up and down roller according to the different cardboard thickness to ensure the sending material smoothly.
Plate roller
This roller made by welding configuration after finely process ,ensure enough intensity and geometry precision ,through plating chrome , balance adjust .axis have the roller bear to horizontal movement, the side of the transmission roller there have gear wheel ,the printing roller can 360 degree adjust .
