3, Auto rise the ink plate ,the inker turning to prevent ink dried.

5. Ink supplied by pneumatic diaphragm pump

6. Main transmission gear made by 45# steel ,it adopts helical gear driving and processed by high frequency quenching.Auto sprinkle lubricating system ensures the machine precise and use life

8. All the roller must be chrome –plating in order to increase the hardness

Slotter cutting part (1 groups )

1. Four slotter knives , open the slot ,creasing the line and cut the corner

2. The knives use the good material ,long use life

3. Our slot knives can be same time adjust

4. The phase can be adjust by electrical 360oC

5. Feed roller all be chrome plate

Die cutting part (1 groups )

1, rubber cushion imported from Taiwan

2, Double-worm abrasire belt cushion correction facility

3, Cushion axial floating automatically to improve the utilization rate of cushion. The range of floating is 0-20mm (from middle to left or right )

4, Speed difference self-compensating function

6, Die cutting phase is adjusted by electric

Automatic strapping device 

The slotter part is inside the machine , so if you need slotter to make carton box , the waste edges will accumulate inside machine .

If accumulate more need stop production and clean by manual . If not clean will effect the machine normal use .

So the automatic strapping device is very good let the waste edge transport use conveyor automatic.
