KMQJ series of rotary die cutter for cutting a variety of corrugated board and all kinds of special-shaped packaging. It has a high efficiency, power saving, safe features, is the third generation of domestic rotary die cutter. The machine is equipped with imported polyurethane felt( anvil cover), its service life of up to 10 million times.

Main configuration : 

Paper feed section

1.lead edge paper feed system, feeding high precision, high speed , paper wheel long life, can feed 10000pcs /hour , the accuracy of  ± 0.75 mm. 

2.the fan air volume can be adjusted to meet the requirements of the amount of air supply.

3.the phase using microcomputer control, can be adjusted 360 degrees , fast and accurate.

Computer part : 

1. man-machine interface, whole computer PLC precision control system, improve the protection function, high reliability control.

2. the machine adopt frequency control motor.

3. ahead and back control panel concise, easy to operate.

Die cutting unit : 

1.die-cutting roll for the centrifugal casting material, wall thickness 30mm, balance correction, hardened plating.

2.wall panels for high-quality steel, wall thickness 50mm, large-scale processing center production.

3. soft roller automatic grinding mechanism to improve the re-use of plastic sets, grinding 3-4 times.
