1.Brief introduction for Single facer paper corrugated board production line

Single face corrugated paperboard production line is important for the carton box making .

Raw material is craft paper roll , the finished product is single face corrugated paperboard . Work with glue machine , flue laminating machine and press machine , we can get 3 ply 5 ply 7 ply corrugated paperboard .

This is first step for carton box making .

One :Electric type mill roll standFunction is Hold the two craft paper roll , we also have hydraulic type
 
1)symmetrical structure can be installed at the same time two bundles of paper tube, can be used for non-stop machine to change the paper 2) electric o clamping, release, moving on the left and right 3) brake adjustment using disc plate system. 4) with two-stage automatic expansion of the paper clip, clamp head size 3 inch
 
Two :Single facer machine - electric heating
 
Function is make 2 ply corrugated paper board
We also can do steam heating type and oil heating type
1)Corrugated roller adopt 48 Crmo ,alloy steel ,after laser hardening Surface grinding , corrugated roller diameter 280mm ,surface hardness HRC60 ,main part bear of the corrugated roller ,and pressure roller with stand high temperature 2)Pressure roller diameter 324mm ,surfacer grinding and chormeplated ,cylinder control move up and down ,material medium carbon steel 45#,hardening and tempering (with cushioning device) 
 
Three :Computer type sheet cutter with stacker 
Function is cut the paperboard to the size you want
Computer sheet cutter that is equipment for slit and cross cut the 2 ply corrugated board, this machine change order time short ,cut accurte is high ,work speed is higher ,change order quick will waste the paper less , The machine uses the touch screen design ,using the variable frequency motor speed control, servo drive control, reduce faiture rate of the mechanical tranmission when use the machine ,cutting accuracy more accurate
Rewinder - electirc type 
We can also do computer type
Rewind the single face corrugated paper to a roll
