5TPH Ultrafiltration Membrane System UF Water Treatment System
1. System description
The RO Water UF Ultrafiltration Treatment Plant can be used in pretreatment and post treament, It has automatic function to collect water and back wash, so it wil reudce the frenquency of RO system cleaning and disinfection, it's more stable compared with multimedia filter, in the pretreatment, it can absorb and remove the suspended particles, organic colloid, in the water, and it helps to reduce the TOC in the water.
2. Features:
1) Barrier filtration, normal pore size of 0.01 μm,
2) Removal of suspended solids (turbidity) or micro-organisms.
3) Removal of organics up to 99%
4) Fully automated operation - PLC control
5) No need for chemicals (coagulants, flocculates, disinfectants, pH adjustment)
6) Pretreatment application for brackish and seawater desalination

3. Technical process
1) Multi-media filter: Sand filter and Activated carbon filter OR Ultrafiltration
Sand filter is used to get rid of suspended solids, sludge, colloid in the water, and the ACF has the function of absorbtion and filtration to the organics, bacteria and chlorine etc.
Ultrafiltration is also recommended to customers, it cover less space, and easy to replace and expand. More stable than MMF.
2) 1st stage Reverse osmosis system and 2nd stage RO System
RO system is the core of whole Ultrapure water system, through the RO membrane, about 98% of dissolving salts can be removed from the raw water, producing high purity wate with less than 5μs.
3) EDI (Electrodeionization)
This system will greatly improve the pure water to ultrapure water, the water quality can reach to 18MΩ
