The stainless steel bag filter is a professional liquid filtering device, which can effectively remove particles of different sizes in the liquid, thereby

achieving the purpose of liquid filtration, purification, separation and recovery.

It consists mainly of three parts: a filter container, a support net and a filter bag. When the bag filter is used to filter the liquid, the liquid enters

from the side of the filter container or the inlet port of the filter container, and is rushed into the filter bag from above the filter bag supported by

the net blue. The filter bag is unfolded due to the impact of the liquid and the uniform pressure surface, so that the liquid material is made. The

inner surface of the filter bag is evenly distributed, and the liquid penetrating the filter bag is along the blue wall of the metal support mesh. It is

discharged from the liquid outlet at the bottom of the filter. The filtered particulate impurities are trapped in the filter bag to complete the

filtration process. In order to maintain the filter's efficient flow and filtration accuracy and to ensure that the downstream liquid is not

contaminated, stop it after running for a period of time, open the filter end cap and take the retentate together with the filter bag to replace the

new filter bag. The replacement cycle depends on the actual situation.

According to the size of the flow, choose a suitable pump, connect a shut-off valve in the middle of the inlet pipe on the filter, and take a shut-off

valve to the outlet pipe at the lower outlet. Configure the upstream and downstream pressure gauges in the pipeline. The bag is made of a blue

filter made of a metal orifice plate. The filter bag is sealed with a tight fit. Rotate the filter bag compression device. After checking the seal O-

ring is complete, cover the filter cover and tighten the eyebolt nut. , you can choose to use, first open the filter exhaust valve to vent. After the

pump is started, slowly open the inlet and outlet valves, and let the filter medium slowly pass through the filter bag to prevent damage to the

filter bag due to sudden pressure. It is closed when the liquid flows out. (When filtering dangerous liquid, the operator should pay attention to

safety to prevent the liquid from sticking to it, causing an accident, and the exhaust valve is connected to the elbow to drain.)

After a period of operation, as the pressure difference between the upstream and downstream increases, the flow rate decreases, indicating

that the filter bag is blocked, should be stopped, open the filter top cover, check the slag of the filter bag, and remove the filter bag as needed

to replace the new filter bag. The pressure should not exceed the filter withstand voltage.
