RO system Causes and troubleshooting of faults in pure water equipment

Pure water equipment uses advanced reverse osmosis technology to effectively remove impurities from water and provide customers with satisfactory water quality. However, there are some minor problems in the use of the equipment. We introduce you to the common causes of failure and troubleshooting methods for pure water equipment:

1. Fault 1: The installation of pure water equipment is not stable, the operating state of the compressor is not normal, and there is no water

supply tower water supply, resulting in high-decibel noise in the water treatment equipment. Troubleshooting method: Regularly repair or

replace the original water pipe, choose a stable environment to place the pure water equipment, maintain the compressor frequently, and do

the maintenance work; install the water supply tower when water supply to prevent the generation of large amounts of gas in the water.

2. Fault 2: There is a water leakage point in the water channel of the pure water equipment, which causes water leakage during operation.

Troubleshooting method: Check the water path of the equipment to find the water leakage point; if it is not easy to find, it can be detected by

dry tissue paper.

3. Fault 3: The water in the storage tank of the pure water equipment is placed for too long, and the post-activated activated carbon is not

cleaned, resulting in a high TDS value. Troubleshooting method: Discharge the water in the bucket in time and replace it with new activated

carbon.
