Reverse Osmosis system brief introduction
RO performs a separation without a phase change. Thus, the energy requirements are low.RO systems are compact, and space requirements are less than with other desalting systems, e.g. distillation.
Reverse Osmosis System Working Principle
Reverse Osmosis works by using a high pressure pump to increase the pressure on the salt side of the RO and force the water across the semi-permeable RO membrane, leaving almost all (around 95% to 99%) of dissolved salts behind in the reject stream.

Details of the water purification equipment
The system is installed into a 40ft container,which is convenient for on site installation.We will decorate the container
with followings:
A.Ventilation system: 1 air conditioner, 1 exhaust fan, 2 wall fans
B.Fire protection equipment: 3 fire extinguishers, 1 set of fire alarms
C.Renovation instructions: white paint is sprayed in the container, 4 mm thick aluminum skid plate is placed on the container floor, 4 fluorescent lamps are installed on the ceiling, and 6 waterproof sockets are installed on the container wall.
Electric Control System
The total control cabinet: Japan Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller automatic control, Taiwan Wei Lun 10.2-inch large screen true color man-machine interface touch screen, France Schneider Electric components, RO membrane automatic washing, the original water tank and pure water tank water level control automatically stop , Low voltage, high voltage, overheating, overcurrent, phase protection and alarm function, pre-installed remote monitoring interface.
