Xinhe TCT Scarifier cutters work together with shaft drum,and scarifier surface machines for all kinds of surface preparation for many contractors and other construction companies, having superior performance to remove traffic lines, pavement markings, epoxy, paint, and waterproofing membranes.

We use premium quality tungsten carbide for our flail cutters so as to last up to 30 times longer and remove up to 5 times faster than traditional steel scarifier cutters.
