1. General Introduction
Double servo straightening and cutting machine can straighten materials
with a diameter of 1.2 - 3 mm. It is equipped with a 3.0 - kilowatt variable
- frequency speed - regulating motor. The feeding servo motor has a
power of 2.6 KW, and the cutting servo motor has a power of 1.8 KW.
The machine is 1.7 meters long, 0.7 meters wide, and 1.3 meters high,
weighing about 450 kilograms. The output is 40 meters per minute, with
an error of ±0.5 mm.
