The Full Automatic Radiator Core Wire Tying Machine is a special equipment for automobile condenser, radiator and evaporator core to prevent deformation during brazing and core tying. The equipment is easy to operate, easy to adjust and has high efficiency. It is suitable for continuous production in medium and small batches.
This Evaporator Core Bundling Wire Tying Machine is a semi-automatic special machine tool for automatic clamping, wire feeding and tying. The core is manually taken away. The equipment is controlled by PLC programmable controller. It has two operation functions: automatic and manual. It can be used for tying the core of different sizes by manual adjustment of relevant parts.


The Full Automatic Radiator Core Wire Tying Machine is comprised of:
- Machine body: Square steel welded frame and table plate
- Wire rack: Comprised of bearing seat, bearing, shaft, servo motor, reducer, and pneumatic cylinder
- Storage device: Frame, fixation roller, linear shaft, and flexible roller
- Wire feeding device: Installation seat, bearing, pressing cap, rotation roller, coupler, servo motor, pressing roller, linear rail, and pneumatic cylinder
- Straightening device: Ensures steel wire doesn't get stuck during tying process
- Tying mechanism: Rotating power system, forward/backward power system, and cutting/clamping system
- C type wire traveling mechanism: Wraps steel wire around core
- Wire fixing device: Ensures steel wire is wound in prescribed position
- Movable work table: Adjustable to suit different core sizes
- Clamping mechanism: Cylinder, linear guide rail, slide plate, and clamping plate

The power supply of heat exchanger making machines is to be decided by the customer's side. We are able to adjust the power supply (volt, and phase) through a transformer or of the customer's voltage directly so that the melting furnace is ready for use at the end user's site.
The customer should provide the related technical requirements, drawings, pictures, industrial voltage, planned output, etc.
The payment term is 40% down payment, and 60% before delivery (T/T mode).
The delivery time of the machine is 30-60 days after receipt of down payment.
