which are used for producing aluminum fins 

of radiators, condensers, or copper fins of evaporators. 

Features

The radiator making machine adopts replacable devices and one radiator making machine can be used to

produce different fin models. The operator could change the fin forming roller and other necessary parts, and

make the necessary adjustments to produce different fin models.

Structural Characteristics

The fin radiator making machine is also equipped with additional devices such as magnetic powder arrester, motorized

feeding device, pneumatic decoiling device, and endless screw fin counting device. The radiator making 

machine employes a combined control through human-machine interface, PLC control system, and 

the pneumatic control system. The speed for the feeding motor and the main shaft motor are both

through imported inverters.

The feeding speed can automatically follow the fin making speed, and the radiator fin machine counts the fin

quantity through the servo motor and photolectric transducer. When the machine is working continuously,

the fins are cutted at a fast speed ( near zero speed cutting). The fin radiator making machine has a high

counting accuracy and a high anti-interference ability. The coil rack has a tightening, braking and

arresting device, and the coil plates stops rotating at the same time when the

master machine stops working. The machine allowes a control over the fin height and the

fin-to-fin distance. The human-machine interface displays the working frequency of the

 machine, fin count, product quantity, and faults.

  The fin machine has two working

status, manual and automatic. The radiator making machine is equipped with main shaft inching button and stepping

inching button for easy test-running of the machine. It is also equipped with a strip breakage and

intertwist alarm device. The fin machine halts automatically when faults occur.
