1. Main Application

This header pipe punching machine is specially used for making the aluminum pipes for parallel

flow condenser by punching holes in the aluminum pipes. The header pipe punching machine is a necessary

equipment for the parallel flow condenser production line. The header pipe punching machine is

used for producing round collecting pipes or abnormal-shaped collecting pipes of the parallel flow condensers.

2. Working Process

  Insert the cut-to-length aluminum pipe into the core shaft and push the start-up button.

The header pipe punching machine automatically positions itself, and punches holes in

the aluminum pipe.

   The driving force of the equipment is provided by a hydraulic system plus a lubrication system.

The header pipe punching machine is of a 4-column structure, and has a mold

assembling and disassembling slideway

for easy replacement of different molds.
