1. Main Application
The radiator core builder machine is used for assembling auto radiator cores. The machine has the advantages
of stable and reliable working prformance, easy operation, low noise, accurate positioning of flat tube center, and even distribution of fins. The assembled condenser core has a
high assembling accuracy and a good apperance, which ensures a better brazing effect
in the brazing furnace.
Features:
１) HEADER MOLD: We are able to supply the radiator core builder with 1-5 rows. The header mold is
customized based on requirement. Also flaring function is avaialable.
2) TUBE DISTRIBUTION SILO: The radiator core builder could be equipped with the tube distribution silo to
improve operation efficiency.

The machine is able to produce condensers with flat tube distance at 10mm. The tube distance is changeable by replacing the chain flex and header fixation block. |
