The radiatore core builder machine combines the use of mechanical and hydraulic device as

 well as manual screw adjustment mechanism. The machine takes domino type flat tube distribution.

 The workers needs to align the flat tubes, clamp, and assemble the header manually. 

The machine can assemble the flat tubes, fins, headers, and side plates by one working

 cycle. In particular, the machine can also expand the tube hole automatically at the 

time of assembling the header.
