Introduction

The aluminum metal melting furnaces can be equipped with the degassing unit which employs one blower with

Argon or nitrogen. The gas is blown into the liquid. The bubble keeps floating upward, and absorbs the oxide

slag and solid impurities. The liquid is refined. There is a chemical box which will charge chemical into the

 aluminum liquid for removing the slag. The degassing unit could improve the liquid quality of the metal melting

furnaces and ensures that the finished product after die casting is pore free. 

Features

1) The degassing refiner is a movable or stationary type, and is very convenient for multi-point moving operation.

    The degassing machine is easily and stably moved.

2) At rotation, the refining machine could charge high purity nitrogen (or argon) and refiner to remove gases and

    oxides from the aluminum liquid.

    different solvents.

6) The rotation bearing is of high temperature type, and can work continuously at 200℃.
