Features 

1) The furnace adopts the high strength steel plate with a great strength.

2) The resistance heating method has a big heat radiation range, and a low metal burning loss. The heating

element is equipped with the protection casing pipe of good conductivity.

3) Direct measurement of aluminum liquid temperature. The furnace has double temperature control and

measurement, which enables a control accuracy of ±5℃ of the aluminum liquid.

4) Lining is made of imported high-quality material, and casted as a whole. The lining has a life of 5 years

based on normal use.

5) The furnace is equipped with a safety valve to prevent over-pressure.                              

6) The furnace can move horizontally and up-down based on the customers requirement.
