1. Features  

1) The aluminum holding furnace adopts the international famous brand flat flame burner with the maximum flame

     radiation range to ensure full combustion, improve thermal efficiency, and remove oxygen through combustion in

     order to further reduce burning loss rate.

2) The aluminum holding furnace is equipped with the heat exchanger to reduce fuel consumption and protect the

     environment. 

3) Direct measurement of aluminum liquid temperature. The aluminum holding furnace has double temperature control and

     measurement, which enables a control accuracy of ±5℃ of the aluminum liquid.

4) Lining is made of imported high-quality material, and casted as a whole. The lining has a life of 5 years based on

    normal use.The lining is not stuck with aluminum liquid, and also crucible-friendly.

5) The use of the latest insulation material presents an excellent insulation effect, and the furnace wall temperature

     rise is ≤40℃.

 6) The aluminum holding furnace cover can be moved upward or downward by the pneumatic cylinder, which is convenient for slag

      removal and maintenance.

 7) Special combustion system and flame retardant fan are used, which have a low working noise.
