Fully Automatic HVAC Equipment Return Bender Machine

1. Introduction

Return Bender is a key equipment for return bender production. The return

bender machine is used to open, straighten, cut and bend coil copper pipe

into return bend, mainly used for production of air-condition condenser and

evaporator, water heater, etc. This HVAC equipment is working at automatic mode.

2. Working Principle

The return bender connects two legs of hairpin bender by brazing process

for heat exchanger coil production. The return bender machine is of high

efficiency. It has 3pcs/cycle and 5ps/cylce type according to different tube size.

The return U tube bending machine is a fully automatic machine.
