This advanced line utilizes organic vacuum impregnation sealant—certified with ROSH2.0 and REACH—to ensure a non-toxic, environmentally friendly sealing process that leaves no surface discoloration.
The JS-800 integrates multiple stages into one streamlined operation: vacuum impregnation, centrifugal resin removal, dual-stage cleaning, and hot water curing. Equipped with SUS304 stainless steel tanks, PLC automation, and precision temperature control, the system ensures consistent, high-quality results with minimal manual intervention. The impregnation tank features a cooling system to maintain optimal sealant viscosity, while the centrifugal swing tank recovers excess resin to reduce waste and operational costs.
With a production capacity of up to 22 baskets per 8-hour shift and a cycle time of 20 minutes per basket, the JS-800 is built for efficiency and durability. It is designed to operate within a wide range of environmental conditions and comes with comprehensive safety and ease-of-use features, including pneumatic tank covers, digital displays, and corrosion-resistant components.
