Structural features of the Equipment

1. Structural form: horizontal layout, expansion joint, flaring device, hydraulic station, electrical control, gantry, and balancer. Four high-pressure hoses and two control cables make them a complete system.

2. Expansion joint: main body, cycloid oil motor, transmission gear, rolling gear, guide clamp device and expansion rod assembly, etc. When working, the copper tube or aluminum tube is clamped by the guide clamp, and the expansion joint is installed on the expansion rod, and the oil motor drives the expandion rods forward or backward to expand the tubes through the transmission gear and rolling gear.

3. Flaring device: it is composed of hydraulic cylinder and flaring elastic sleeve.The oil cylinder pushes the conical rod to flare the tube ends.

4. Hydraulic station: it is composed of oil tank, oil pump, electromagnetic directional valve, oil pump motor, overflow valve and other hydraulic accessories.It provides hydraulic power for expansion joint and flaring device.

5. Gantry and balancer: the device suspends the expansion joint, so that it can easily move up and down, left and right to ensure smooth expansion
