Structural features of the equipment:
1. Structure: servo fixed length cutting and unloading, fixed vane pump is used in hydraulic system, and servo motor drives the bending mechanism.
2. The whole machine is composed of material rack, cutting machine and bending machine. The bending machine can move back and forth in length direction by servo driving ball screw to realize the production of different length workpieces.Automatic circulation process: straightening → feeding → pressing → cutting → bending up → core pulling → loosening → unloading → reset.
