1. Application of electric heat treat furnace
The pit type vacuum atmosphere furnace is used for heat treatment and heating of non ferrous metal parts and stainless steel knives. It is also used for heat treatment of other parts.

2. Equipment description and technical proposal
The RJ2-105-11 pit type vacuum protective atmosphere furnace is comprised of furnace body, furnac lining, heating elements, muffle tank, protective atmosphere supply device and control system.
2.1 furnace body
The shell of the furnace body is welded by section steel and steel plate. The thickness of 4mm±0.5 steel plate is rolled into a round barrel shape. The furnace bottom is made of channel steel, and the thickness of the bottom plate is 6mm±0.5.
2.2 lining
The furnace lining is all fiber structure which are fixed to the furnace body by stainless steel fixtures. The total lining thickness is 325mm, including 300mm pre-compressed fiber block and 25mm back lining insulation cotton.
2.3 heating elements
The furnace employs quality 0Cr27AL7Mo2 high temperature alloy belts as heating elements. The heating element is retained to the furnace wall through porcelain nails.
2.4 muffle tank
The muffle tank is made from 10mm 310S stainless steel plate. It is placed in the furnace hearth. The cover and bottom of the furnace body are both pressed into shape.
2.5 protective supply device
The furnace cover is equipped with air inlet (including manual valve), air outlet (including manual valve), pressure indicator in the furnace, rings, etc.
2.6 furnace cover up and down device
The furnace cover is up and down by electric screw.
2.7 temperature control system
Temperature control: the furnace adopts Changzhou Huibang intelligent temperature controller to control the temperature which has self-tuning function to calculate the ideal PID parameter and achieve temperature stability.
