Metal Equipment Electric Ladle Preheater for Transfer Ladles

1.Application

The electric ladle preheater is used to preheat the aluminum ladle. The heating cover of the ladle preheter can be moved up or down. When the aluminum ladle moves into the preheater, the heating cover is moved down to preheat the aluminum ladle. Our company has also gas fired ladle preheaters, degassing equipment, melting furnaces, and casting equipment.

3.Ladle Preheater Composition

3.1 Overall structure

The overall structure of the electric ladle preheater is a welding of sectional steel and steel plate.

3.2 Burning Device

The burner device is moved together with the preheating cover up or down.

3.3 preheating cover

The cover has the following movements:

a) the heating cover of the aluminm ladle preheater moves up and down.

b) aluminum ladle is put inside the ladle preheater (lifted by the crane).

3.4 others

a) The instrument control cabinet: wall-mounted type and single door, 1 set;

b) The ladle tray is set with a ladle limit position block. The position of this block is decided on-site.

c) All piping shall indicate the direction of flow of the fluid.
