1. Main Performance Features
1.1 The closed type fin press line is composed of aluminum foil decoiler
mechanism, oil tank, feeding equipment(option), closed high-speed precision
press, sucker and collector, electric control system, pneumatic control system,
hydraulic control, quick change fin progressive die, high and reliable technology
with Patent IP/2P/3P/4P changing system.
1.2 The slide has hydro-lifting function which will be convenient for dies
installation and commissioning.
1.3 Power press speed and vacuum sucker is controlled by the inverter.
1.4 Collector has protecting system for fault operation, material shortage
warning, and oil shortage warning.
1.5 Hydraulic overload protection for fin press machine.
1.6 Equipped with hydraulic rapid die changing device making dies replacment
more quickly and convenient.
1.7 Touch screen and PLC electrical control system ensuring the reliable
automatic stamping
