Semi Automatic Hairpin Bender , Hairpin Bending Machine

1. Application

The semi-automatich hairpin bender is simple and of compact

design structure. It is suitable for low volume production of hairpin

bends. It can be used to bend the hairpin bend with length from

200mm to 3000mm. The semi automatic hairpin bender can produce

hairpin bends with 4 pcs per cycle and 5 pcs per cylce according to

diffrent specification and application.

2. How does a semi automatic hairpin bender work?

First material feeding by manual → mold tooling clamping → oil spraying→

bending→ mandrel back→ clamp release→ unloading the hairpin bend→

unloading mechanism return to origin→ bending mechanism return to origin

5. Acceptance Testing Standard

The semi automatic hairpin bending machine is to be accepted while the following

indexes are met.
5.1 Hairpin Leg difference in length less than 0.5MM.
5.2 No obvious clashing, abnormal bumping, corrugation or other defects. Ellipse less than 8%
5. 3. Roundness tolerance of straight part <±0.3mm;
5.4 Parallel tolerance for the two straight legs ≤3%;
5.5 The machine should run smoothly.
