Aluminum Copper Pipe Straightening Cutting Machine

1. Application

The copper pipe straightening and cutting machine is used to

straighten and cut the copper or aluminum pipes into a setting length.

2.Structural Features

2.1 This HVAC equipment is comprised of coil feeding, straightening

and rounding system in two directions of facade and plane, external

rotation cutter to cut the aluminum and copper pipes.

2.2 Driven by servo motor, the maximum length of one feeding is 1m,

and length more than 1m can be fed by multiple times, which can

be set on the touch screen.

2.3 The straightening is carried out in 2 directions, horizontally and

vertically, which can effectively realize the rounding and straightening

of copper/aluminum pipes.

2.4.1 single station electrically driven material rack and aluminum

alloy material tray (bearing weight ≤ 150kg).

2.4.2 double station electric drive material rack and aluminum alloy

material tray (bearing weight ≤ 150kg).

2.4.3 gantry material rack, suitable for pipe coil with diameter less

than 9.52mm.

It can automatically complete the whole set of actions necessary to

straighten the coil. The working sequence is as follows:

copper/aluminum pipe feeding → straightening → fixed length cutting →

snapping → resetting and starting the cycle again.
