1.Equipment composition

1.1 vacuum impregnation tank, 1 piece;

1.2 Vacuum pressure impregnation tank, round shape,

specification:Φ1000×400mm (straight edge height), 1 piece;

Materials used:

1.3 head: 16MnR (standard spherical head is adopted)

1.4 cylinder:Q345-R;

1.5 flange: Q235-B forging.The cylinder mouth flange is formed of

solid steel plate, and the cylinder mouth flange is under fine machining,

which is not easy to deform.

1.6 Working vacuum: atmospheric pressure ~ 500pa, installation form:

vertical.

Working pressure: 0.6MPa (controllable and adjustable)

1.7 Sight glass: Φ160×100mm, 2pcs;

1.8 Sealing material: high quality rubber sealing ring, corrosion resistant.

1.9 resin return method: resin return from the bottom;

1.10 Hydraulic opening and locking of cylinder cover: The opening, closing,

loosening and tightening of the cylinder cover are hydraulically driven.

1.11 The cylinder cover is opened hydraulically, and its return signal is

connected to the switch without contact.

1.12 Sequence of opening the cylinder cover: first loosen the clamp, use

the hydraulic device to lift the cylinder cover of the impregnation tank to a

clearance of 10mm, and then rotate the cylinder cover laterally to other

positions to facilitate personnel to lift out the workpiece.

1.13 The impregnation tank is equipped with safety interlock mechanism

and pressure overpressure relief safety device.

1.14 Pressurizing medium: filtered dry air (air source provided by the customer)

The vacuum impregnation tank adopts corrosion-resistant sealing ring

(self-developed and produced), which is well sealed without leakage.

The cylinder cover is provided with a sealing ring corresponding to the

flange of the tank body. The observation window is equipped with a

special sight lamp, which can see the whole process of vacuum impregnation.

3.resin dipping device

The resin dipping device is installed next to the resin impregnation tank, and its conical

bottom pipe is connected with the resin storage tank. After the resin dipping process,

it enters the resin storage tank.

The vacuum pressure impregnation equipment includes resin reflux system, hydraulic

system, ventilation system and control system.

6. Installation and Commissioning Service

and installed as a whole.

The motor impregnator equipment is already tested before delivery. After the motor coil vacuum

impregnation equipment arrives at the customer's site, it can work only by connecting to the power supply.
