1. Application
1.1 The impregnation equipment VPI is the key equipment for insulation treatment of
high voltage motors, special anti-explosion motors, and transformers. The vacuum
impregnating treatment enhances the mechanical strength, insulation, anti-moisture
and anti-mold performance of the windings.
1.2 The installation type for the resin storage tank and the motor vacuum impregnation
equipment is vertical type.

3.7 Heating system

The motor winding impregnation plant is equipped with the heating system. It is comprised of the electrical heater, the temperature sensor, valves, and the pressure gauge. Heater power: 15kw. The heater heats the circulation water circulating in the jacket layer. This system is used to keep the resin liquid within a certain temperature range. The temperature is equipped with the automatic controller. There is also one overtemperature alarm. When the actual temperature exceeds the limit valve, the heater stops heating. |
3.8 Chilling System

chilling machine, 1 set; power: 10Hp, 400V; refrigerating capacity: 25000W/H; cold water flow rate: 3M3/h. This system is comprised of the cold water tank, the pipe pump, the pressure gauge, the expansion tank, the valves, and the pipes. This system for the transformer pressure impregnation machine is used to cool the varnish storage tank and the condenser. This system is used to cool the varnish. The heating system is in parallel connection with the chilling system. The ON/OFF and fault of the chilling system is shown on the touch screen. And there is an automatic alarm on the touch screen when fault occurs. |

4.Installation and Commissioning Service
The vacuum impregnation of electrical windings is installed on the base plate and installed as
a whole.
The machine is already tested before delivery. After the equipment arrives at the customer's site,
