Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory, which is located in Chaozhou, Guangdong Province. But, with the business growth, we set up a trading company, Meizhou JHR Trading Co., Ltd, to export our own products. That’s why all our papers such as Sales Contract, certificates and shipping documents are issued by Meizhou JHR Trading Co., Ltd.
Q: What is the MOQ or MOA?
A: This is a question that most of the customers are concerned. But, we first must say that we do wholesale, not retail. In order to serve you better and more flexible, there are 3 options:
1. Order amount must reach US Dollars 8000, which is allowed to assort different items;
2. If the order amount is less than US Dollars 8000, then you are required to pay the export charges or do EXW terms;
3. 1x40’ full container based on FOB Shantou, which is also allowed to assort different items. This is the best way for both of us, because FCL shipment can protect the goods well during the transportation, and ease our works.
Because most of our items are made of fiberglass and polyresin, and most of the items are in large size even extra large, that’s why we have such requirements in order to protect the goods better and cover our production costs.
