Motorized Semi-automatic Radial Lead Bending Forming Machine

Intro:

Semi- automatic type radial lead forming machine.  It can work for various radial components lead forming. Different components need different jigs. Cutting and forming can be finished at same time. It can form leads to different shape, such as bending 90 degrees, front-rear side kinking, cutting leads to different length, etc.  Note: This machine can not detect polarity. It can leads shortest to 3.0MM.

Optional Feeder bowl can be customized as per components.

Suitable:

• For kinds of radial components, such as bridge, E-caps(manuall put components), CBB capacitor, etc
• Can bend lead to 90 degrees, front-rear side kink, cut leads only,etc
• Feeder bowl and forming tool can be customized as per components.
