Automatic LED Diode Lead Forming Bending Machine With Polarity Check

Intro:

RS-909 LED  diode lead cutting and forming is a customized machine for 3MM or 5MM. One machine is only for one type of LED and one type forming shape. We can customize forming tool according to different forming shape.  This machine can automatically feed and form LEDs. The speed can reach 3300-3600pcs/hour. 

It can detect polarity in two ways:

• 1. Feeder bowl itself can detect LED leg length and feed them correctly, for examples, all long legs in front.
• 2. There is a sensor which can detect polarity and check if LED comes in correct polarity. Only right LED will move to the forming tool. 

Suitable:

• Cut LED lead to different length, Bend LED lead to 180 ° or 90 °, kink,  etc
• Suitable for: Φ 3 and Φ5 LED
• Can detect +/- (positive and negative) pole
