Automatic Polarity Detection LED Lead Forming Cutting Machine

Intro:

RS-909 is a customized machine with polarity detection feature for 3MM and 5MM LED lead cutting and forming. It can detect polarity and form LED leads correctly. Forming shape can be various, including cutting leads to different length, bending 90 degrees, kinking,etc.  As a customized machine,  onene machine works only for one type of LED and one type forming shape. We can customize forming tool according to different forming shape.  This machine can automatically feed and form LEDs. The speed can reach 3300-3600pcs/hour. 

LED former can detect polarity in two ways:

• 1. Feeder bowl itself can detect LED leg length and feed them correctly, for examples, all long legs in front.
• 2. There is a sensor which can detect polarity and check if LED comes in correct polarity. Only right LED will move to the forming tool. 

Suitable:

• Cut LED lead to different length, Bend LED lead to 180 ° or 90 °, kink,  etc
• Suitable for: Φ 3 and Φ5 LED
• Can detect +/- (positive and negative) pole
