RS-901K radial lead cutting and bending 90 degrees machine

Intro:

This machine RS-901K can preform kinds of radial components lead, such as cutting only, cut and bend 90 degrees, cut and kink, etc. The forming tool and fixtures are customized.

Please note: This machine can not detect polarity. So for LED or E-caps which needs polarity detection, you need other machines. Also you cam manually put components without the vibration bowl.

Suitable:

• For kinds of radial components, such as bridge, E-caps(manuall put components), CBB capacitor, etc
• Can bend lead to 90 degrees, front-rear side kink, cut leads only,etc
• Feeder bowl and forming tool can be customized as per components.

Parameter:

High accuracy. Shortest to 3MM.(Need to be customized for even shorter length
