RS-909 is a customized machine cutting and bending 3mm or 5MM. One machine is only for one type of LED and one type forming shape. We can customize forming tool according to different forming shape.  This machine can automatically feed and form LEDs. The speed can reach 3300-3600pcs/hour. 

Automatically sorts the positive and negative poles and automatically arranges the disordered components in an orderly and orderly manner, and accurately conveys them to the next process. It solves the problems of feeding and sorting. It replaces manual placement, saving time and labor.

It can detect polarity in two ways:

• 1. Feeder bowl itself can detect LED leg length and feed them correctly, for examples, all long legs in front.
• 2. There is a sensor which can detect polarity and check if LED comes in correct polarity. Only right LED will move to the forming tool.

• Cut LED lead to different length, Bend LED lead to 180 ° or 90 °, kink,  etc
