Intro:

This Transistor forming machine is an automatic machine designed to cut and form transistors in a loose or tube packed (TO-220, TO-218, TO-126). It can automatic feed transistor, detect back and front side. Forming tool can be customized for different forming needs, such as left-right windening leads, cutting leads to different length, bending 90 degrees. Special working mode and feeding mode, it can reach up to 3300-3600pcs/hour.  It can greatly increase operator's efficiency. 

Note:

• One machine can only work for 1 type and 1 size transistor. 
• Auto feeding, detecting transistor front and back side, bending. 
• All operations are controlled by a PLC. The complete process is fully automated.
  Each type of transistor requires a dedicated die.
