Air Supply Requirements
Use a filter capable of removing particles larger than 50 microns from the air supply. No additional lubrication is required beyond the "O" ring lubricant applied during assembly. If lubricated air is used, ensure compatibility with "O" rings and seals in the air motor section.
Operating Instructions
- Flush pump with compatible solvent if material may solidify during downtime
- Disconnect air supply during extended inactive periods
- Ensure adequate material supply tubing to prevent collapse or restriction
- Install check valve at air inlet for forced-feed applications
- Secure pump legs to suitable surface to prevent vibration damage
