TM020HBH03 is a 2.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd.with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, touchscreen 4-wire Resistive Touch.
It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 60°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 70°C .
It's general features are following: Portrait type, With Touch, WLED Backlight , CPU 8/16bits, 3 in 1 FPC.
