This method necessitates the addition of extra material to ensure that the roller conforms to the desired dimensions post-welding.
• Precision of components: Traditional rollers undergo welding following two machining stages, which can result in less precise internal dimensions compared to friction-welded rollers. For friction-welded rollers, an additional round of precise machining with concentric alignment is performed post-welding to guarantee the accuracy of the internal dimensions, indicating a higher level of precision and quality in the components.
