Surface cleaning and decontamination:

Process requirements

There should be no residual oxide scale in the casting after sandblasting, and the surface of the casting should have uniform color.

3. Sandblasting equipment: For small pieces (weight less than 300g, length less than 120mm, and no other special requirements) using rotary drum pressure type sand blasting machine, the rest using pressurized or ordinary self-priming sand blasting machine

4. Working dry air pressure 0.65-0.85Mpa, the blasting media and the workpiece must be dry.
