Ceramic sand has low break down rate, there is little dust generated in blasting or peening process,the
non-break down beads will still maintain its original size and hardness as well as smoothness,it will achieve
more consistent blasting or peening effect.
The glass beads is easy to be broken down and generate a lot of dust and adhere to the surface of other
glass beads.generally speaking, the glass beads will be pulverized into dust after ten cycles, and adhere
to the surface of other glass beads, it will damage the workpieces and equipments. The consumption of glass
beads is at least 20 times of ceramic beads.
