APPLICATION
Zirconia beads are ideal grinding media for ultrafine grinding and dispersion in the process of Titanium dioxide production.
Presently, Chinese manufacturers basically use vertical sand mill of more than 1000L. Usually use zirconium silicate beads (65% Zro2 zirconia beads) or zirconia beads ( 95% ZrO3 zirconia beads) as grinding media.
Vertical sand mills or Horizontal sand mills ( Inner cylinders and grinding parts are stainless steel (carbon steel): Generally use 65 zirconium silicate beads or 80 zirconium beads (80 zirconium beads are the best, because the wear amount is lower, grinding More efficient);
Horizontal sand mills (Inner cylinder and the grinding component are made of wear-resistant alloy steel, ceramics, etc.): Generally use Yttria stabilized zirconia beads as grinding media.
