Black Aluminum Oxide is a black crystal with Al2O3 and iron spinel as the main ore phase,

it selected the high alumina bauxite, high iron bauxite or iron oxide scrap as the main materials,

then melted in an electric arc furnace under high temperature .

Black Aluminum Oxide is widely used for making resin cutting discs mixed with brown aluminum  oxide,

the popular grain size is F24,F30,F36,F46,F60,F80 etc.

It is suggested to use 25% black aluminum oxide to partly replace brown fused alumina with the same grit size

or one more coarse grit size than the original one, it will achieved better grinding effect if adding 5% black alumina

F70&F80 to make the resin cutting discs more smooth.

In addition,Black Aluminum Oxide P40,P60,P80 is  widely used for making coated abrasives (jumbo rolls,sand belts

etc.)together with the brown one.

It also has the other application  in blasting,polishing for  stainless steel tableware,anti-skip wear-resistant materials,

polishing wax, refractories etc.
