The ceramic bead is a kind of Zirconia ceramic blasting media, with ZrO2 60-66%, mainly used for sand blasting and shot peening. For sandblasting size ranges from B20 t0 B505, for shot peening size from Z825 to Z100.
One of the applications is for sandblasting cleaning for molds, like tire molds cleaning, glass bottle molds cleaning.
Applicable equipment is sand blasting machine.
