Description
Ceramic beads are widely used as a sandblasting media. Its main chemical content is ZrO2 and SiO2, ZrO2 about 62%, SiO2 25-30%. The ZrO2 microstructure is very fine and distributed on the SiO2 substrate in a tile shape, so it has good wear resistance and impact resistance.
Ceramic beads are used in blasting systems for deburring at the surface finishing of components consisting of stainless steel, titanium alloy and aluminum. Ceramic beads ensure a better surface condensation.
